What will you do?
As a Field Service Specialist, you will provide our aftersales teams high end onsite support and knowledge in commissioning, inspection, repair and support of power electronics components in medium and low voltage installations.
You are working in a mix of home office and on the road/on-site. You will go to customers complicated technical problems. In doing so, you are responsible for the maintenance of power electronics components in high or low voltage installations. Further activities in your duties include:
- reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications and material lists;
- carrying out workplace inspections at Field Service Partners (FSPs) on location, recording administratively and ensuring that any adjustments will be made;
- building up, supporting and dismantling the charging plaza on request;
- Giving remote support to technicians of our FSPs and large clients, which need help onsite;
- Performing educational trainings to FSPs and clients.

What do we ask of you?
For a good match, we’re looking for a Field Service Specialist with experience in the field and knowledge of plc-systems. In addition, we like to see in your resume that you have:
- knowledge of electrical engineering;
- at least 3 years of experience in a similar position;
- a driver’s license.
