What are you going to do?
In the position of Internal Communications Manager, you are responsible for developing innovative approaches to connect employees to business priorities, drive culture change and ensure engagement. You will develop a strategic internal communications plan, including key messages, operating rhythm and channels

  • Create programs/content to help managers effectively communicate to their teams
  • Partner with the Management Board, HR and other leaders as appropriate to create communications for employees
  • Develop and deploy metrics to evaluate communications effectiveness

What do we ask of you?
For a good match, we are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Internal Communications Manager with a proven track record creating and executing strategic employee communications plans. For this challenging role we are looking for an organisationally strong, flexible team player with a no-nonsense mentality. Furthermore, we like to see in your resume that you: 

  • Bachelors degree and a minimum of 8 years of progressive communications experience
  • Deep expertise in digital media and an understanding of how to build and leverage new channels to enhance employee understanding and engagement
  • Strong storytelling capabilities, a good writer/editor, ability to develop creative assets to aid in storytelling, including video, social media and online content
