What will you be doing?
In the role as Administrative Assistant you provide support to the sales support employees within our department. You are an expert in administration and you monitor the order entry within the department. This allows your colleagues to focus on expanding commercial activities. You function as the right hand of the Sales support staff by ensuring that the administrative tasks are complete and correct so that the customer procedures run smoothly. You can then think of tasks such as:

• Completeting and correct processing of customer requests.
•  Being the first point of contact for incoming telephone calls
• Sending order confirmations
• Calling after any missing information

In short, you and 2 colleagues are responsible for the administrative process from input to correct implementation. Due to the huge demand for charging stations and the support of multiple sales support employees, the position of administrative assistant is a full-time position (40 hours).

What do we ask of you?
For a good match, careful, accurate and customer-friendly is a matter of course and you have a proactive attitude within the team. We would like to see in your CV that you meet the following points:

• You have completed at least an MBO 4 training, technical training is an advantage.
• You have some experience in a similar commercial administrative position.
• Good understanding of the Dutch and English language in word and writing.
• Knowledge of and experience with MS Office and an ERP System.
