What are you going to do?
Supply Chain is getting more important and has an prominent role within Alfen, partly due to the enormous growth we are experiencing within our business unit EV charging equipment. Now it is important to set up, monitor and, of course, secure an efficient and effective supply chain process for Service Spare Parts. As a Spare Parts Coordinator within the service organization you have a responsible position where you can immediately demonstrate your value, both internally and externally. It is a versatile position in which you can use your operational skills as well as your analytical skills.

As a Spare Parts Coordinator you will be involved in:

• Setting up and managing the Service Spare Parts stock management system
• Proactively managing the logistics parameters such as EOQ, stock levels, demand forecast, kanban.
• Phasing in and out of new and existing Service Spare Parts materials
• Coordinating the return flows and achieving an optimal stock level based on consumption and item properties
• Optimizing the required working capital and Life Cycle Management

With your efforts, we will take the service and supply chain to a higher level.

What do we ask of you?
We are looking for an independent and driven person, who is both analytical and pragmatic.
We would also like to see in your profile that you have:

• A degree at HBO level in the direction of Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in a similar position
• Experience with management and improvement processes
• Knowledge of and great affinity with ERP systems, preferably Isah
• Experience with setting up KPI reports
