You are part of our rapidly growing Technical Support Team that provides the ultimate service experience to our customers. If you have an affinity with technology and a focus on service, then you are the ideal Technical Support Employee for our EV charging equipment.

What will you be doing?

You are the support for customers with issues about our EV charging stations and you support our technicians at home and abroad. In addition, you provide help to the processing of daily service tickets, such as administrative recording of conversations and orders, support with invoicing, planning and reporting.

Within the service team we are continuously looking for improvements to deliver the ultimate service experience to our customers. In addition to your daily work, you will contribute to improving our processes, for example by analyzing tickets and preparing reports.

Your daily work will consist of:

• Accepting incoming telephone calls and e-mails from end users, clients/customers
• Accepting and analyzing (service) orders
• Coordination of on-site work with the engineer
• Accurate and systematic administration of orders
• Identifying frequently occurring issues

What do we ask of you?

For a good match, we are looking for a Technical Support Employee with a communicative, service-oriented attitude and an detailed eye. You are focused on collaboration and you know how to achieve the maximum service experience for the customer through your service-oriented attitude. We would also like to see in your CV that you:

• Have completed an MBO education with an affinity for technology
• Have demonstrable experience in a similar position where providing a service (in addition to delivering quality) was of great importance
• Are proficient in working with computer systems including MS Office, ERP systems and internet linked systems
• Fluent in the Dutch and English language, in word and writing
