Workers in the value chain

Alfen is committed to ensuring that workers across its value chain have access to fair working conditions, equal treatment, and fundamental labour rights. This includes both upstream suppliers and downstream partners such as technicians operating or maintaining its products. 

Alfen’s Supplier Code of Conduct, aligned with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, OECD Guidelines, and ILO standards, sets expectations for ethical business conduct, covering labour conditions, health and safety, non-discrimination, and forced labour.
