What are you going to do?
To be able to achieve our ambitious growth, we took our supply chain to the next level! Until recently, we handled the supply chain activities for our three different business units separately. Now all these activities are centralized under a new department, Supply Chain, which automatically also results into new positions and processes. Therefore we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Projectmanager to join our Supply Chain team.

As a Projectmanager, you are responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of our Supply Chain improvement projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, manufacturing and construction, logistics, IT, technical engineering, to ensure the timely and cost-effective completion of projects. All of this while maintaining the highest standards of quality. In our changing environment, you will be working with many different stakeholders at different levels, with different priorities at department and individual levels. You naturally create support for the timely and correct execution of these projects amongst the different stakeholders.

As a member of our Supply Chain team, you are at the heart of our project execution, ensuring the seamless flow of materials, services, and resources to drive our success. This is an overview of some of your responsibilities:

  • Leading projects in a hands-on environment with other team members;
  • Connecting people from different levels of the organization;
  • Carrying out planning in accordance with the company needs, including setting goals and objectives, defining roles and producing schedules and timelines for tasks.
  • Select, lead and motivate your project team from both internal and external stakeholder organizations. Manage the project, which includes coordinating the project team to keep them on track and keeping the project on budget.

What do we ask of you?
In the role of Projectmanager Supply Chain you have a strategic view and the necessary experience to make the translation into concrete plans, as well as the right skill set to execute the plans. You have good analytical skills to understand a challenge and the problem-solving ability to get things done. Last but not least, you have excellent communication skills to convince people and make sure everyone is aligned.

Furthermore, you recognize yourself in the following profile.

  • You have  a relevant Bachelor or Master degree;
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience;
  • Experienced in SC tooling (e.g. S&OP, WMS, TMS);
  • Extended Excel / Access knowledge;
  • You have good understanding of the Dutch & English language, written and spoken.
