We are taking our internal communications to the next level. This is why we are creating a new role for an internal communication specialist in Alfen.

As an internal communications specialist, you must naturally write the best messages (clear, simple and concise in Dutch and English), analyse the needs of your internal stakeholders and target groups, and make a creative translations.

What do we ask of you?
For a good match, we are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Internal Communications Manager with a proven track record creating and executing strategic employee communications plans. For this challenging role we are looking for an organisationally strong, flexible team player with a no-nonsense mentality. Furthermore, we like to see in your resume that you: 

  • Bachelors degree and a minimum of 5 years of progressive communications experience
  • Deep expertise in digital media and an understanding of how to build and leverage new channels to enhance employee understanding and engagement
  • Strong storytelling capabilities, a good writer/editor, ability to develop creative assets to aid in storytelling, including video, social media and online content
  • Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing
