
Continuous Improvement Engineer

What will you do?
As a Continuous Improvement Engineer, you are the driving force behind improvement initiatives within our overarching Services department. You analyze processes, identify risks and inefficiencies, and translate your insights into concrete improvements. Using your Lean and Six Sigma knowledge, you will optimize processes related to procurement, inventory management, and planning.
You will work closely with colleagues from production, quality, work preparation, service, IT, Project Management, Project Engineering, R&D, and sales. Additionally, you ensure improvements are embedded by creating instructions, flowcharts, and reports, and by conducting audits. Automation and digitalization are key focus areas.
Your tasks include:
- Identifying and initiating improvement projects within Service Operations and acting as project leader.
- Developing and implementing proposals for process optimization.
- Performing data analyses to gain insights into business processes.
- Securing improvements through instructions, measurements, reports, and audits.
What do we ask of you?
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree, for example in (Technical) Business Administration or Supply Chain.
- Several years of experience in project management and process improvement.
- Experience with Lean and/or Six Sigma.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to connect stakeholders.
