What will you do?
The Charging Equipment business unit is one of the most innovative and fastest-growing teams within the Group and as Sales Support for this division, you will be responsible for all the administrative activities behind the team's sales efforts in Germany.
Your key accountabilities
Your outstanding planning and organizing skills will be a great asset, as you will be responsible for coordinating the order entries, matching supply demand with regard to production planning, taking care of the internal order transfer, and processing all the customer contracts, orders, and other requests in the system while contributing to its optimization
A high sense of collaboration is also key in this position as you will support the Sales Managers in providing product information and price lists. You will take a proactive attitude in achieving departmental objectives and will contribute to enhancing product innovations and standardization
You have excellent communications skills and a high customer focus mindset, which you will apply when facilitating and guiding new customers in the ordering and delivery process while promoting the sales policy and independently handle their requests
You have a good sense of urgency and enjoy working in highly dynamic environments

What will you bring to the table?
You have 3+ years of working experience in a sales support role within the manufacturing/ production environment. You also have the following to offer
- Higher professional education in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering would be a big plus
- Knowledge of and experience with computer systems, including MS Office, ERP system and CRM system
- Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with a collaborative mindset
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver on commitments
- Fluent (written and verbal) in English and German
- Valid EU driving license
