What are you going to do? 
You will work on various projects with the focus of understanding our customer and the interaction with our products and services. Daily tasks will consist of customer interviews, analyzing the interviews and distil insights. Product and market research and product validation is also an important part of the job.  

You:  

• are a master student Industrial Design Engineering and you have a human focused interest 

• can show relevant work that illustrates your talent in the field of Service Design 

• are creative and like to come up with new ideas 

• enjoy working together but are also able to carry out tasks by yourself 

• have a good sense of the English language 

• have experience with qualitative research 

• enjoy interviewing people 

• like to work visually in Adobe and Miro
