HBO Internships

For you as a college student, Alfen offers both cooperative and final internships. These usually take place in supporting departments such as HR and the project office or in our R&D department.

Alfen offers internships for graduation and work placements. These usually take place in support departments such as HR and the project office or at our Research & Development department. Here you get to work, for example, on drafting improvement proposals or conducting research. Here we always strive for a win-win. So you must be able to earn your credits / diploma and we as an organization must also benefit.

During your internship you will receive a compensation of 500,- euros gross per month based on 40 hours. A number of our interns/graduates joined Alfen after obtaining their diploma. If you are also interested in joining Alfen after your internship, there are three important factors to consider. Obviously you must have the will, but also your manager. Finally, there must also be a vacancy for the position you wish to fill.
