The university internship and thesis assignments offered by Alfen are generally in the field of engineering and innovation. You help us with product improvement or innovation in transformer stations, charging stations or energy storage systems. But if you are following a non-technical study, there are also opportunities. We offer internships in various fields, including engineering, product development, marketing, and project management.

At Alfen, we strive to provide our interns with a challenging and educational internship experience. This means that as an intern, you will not only participate in the team, but you will also have the space to work independently on projects and take responsibility for your own work. During your internship you will receive a compensation of 600,- euro gross per month based on 40 hours.

Moreover, as an intern you will contribute to the future of sustainable energy and be part of a growing company with a strong vision for the future. You will have the opportunity to work on innovative solutions that have a direct impact on the world around us.
