Product Owner ERP

What will you do?

As a Product Owner ERP at Alfen, you will be responsible for the stability, continuity, and further development of our IT platforms. You will support the development and strategy of our product lines and collaborate closely with various stakeholders across the organization. Your work will have a direct impact on operational excellence and innovation within Alfen.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Defining the vision and strategy for product lines, aligned with business and technology priorities.
• Developing and managing roadmaps for product lines and ensuring integration into the overall IT strategy.
• Collaborating with Business Process Owners and other stakeholders to support engagement, process design, and implementation.
• Leading the creation of user stories, specifications, and process flows.
• Solving complex problems and analyzing and managing their impact across different disciplines.
• Ensuring optimal collaboration between business, IT teams, and external suppliers.
• Leading projects and initiatives within the IT organization.

What do we ask from you?

To be a good match, we are looking for an IT professional with an analytical and results-driven approach. Someone who can think strategically, communicate effectively, and create support for changes and improvements. Additionally, you have:

• At least a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience with functional configuration and/or development of IT solutions.
• Experience with ITSM, ASL2, BiSL, and/or ITIL.
• Knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies and project management.
• Experience with ERP systems such as ISAH and knowledge of Azure integrations is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and SQL is a plus.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry and proficiency in Dutch is an advantage.
