Code of Conduct

The Alfen Code of Conduct sets out the principles of ethical behaviour expected from everyone working at Alfen, from the Management Board to new employees. It provides a clear framework for responsible business conduct and helps create a safe, respectful, and integrity-driven working environment.

The Code covers key topics such as integrity, anti-bribery and anti-corruption, gifts and hospitality, corporate social responsibility, and health and safety. It is accessible through the intranet and corporate website and forms part of employment agreements. To reinforce awareness and compliance, all employees with an Alfen email address are required to complete mandatory annual Code of Conduct training, which includes topics such as anti-corruption, bribery, and insider trading.
