As part of the Support team, you will be responsible in providing technical support to our BESS customers in the Netherlands, UK and Scandinavia. From our Control Room you ensure that the BESS is performing optimally and you help the customers both proactively and reactively.

Together with your colleagues, you guarantee the quality control process for verifying and documenting the agreed performance of the installations. In addition, as a Technical Support Engineer you will provide project-oriented aftercare to controllers.

Of course, in this role you are keen to ensure that company rules, safety regulations and codes of conduct are always met.

What you will work on:


  • Provide technical support to our customers via email, tickets and phone calls.
  • Analyze and document product field problems.
  • Own the communication between the customer and the organization for all operational topics.
  • Monitor all assets both preventively and proactively.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting and alarm investigations.
  • Record all alarms in our ticketing system and keep the customer informed for each stage of the operational state of the asset.
  • Carry out performance analyses using our “supervision control and data acquisition systems”.
  • Create Work Orders for on-site visits when required.
  • Ensure safety and quality requirements are met.
  • Oversee the queues to allocate the right priority to the cases and ensure SLAs are met.
  • Launch SW updates when needed and keep the customer informed.
  • Work autonomously and with minimal supervision to ensure high customer satisfaction rate.
  • Work “on call” evening/ night shifts sporadically as we provide 24/7 support



  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably on Electrical, Electronics or Energy field
  • A minimum of 2 years hands on experience carrying out diagnosis, troubleshoot and repairs in at least one of the following industries:
    • Industrial Battery Systems
    • Energy
    • DC/ AC Chargers
    • E-Mobility
    • Automotive (on electrical / electronic systems)
  • Very familiar with reading Electrical Diagrams / Schematics
  • You speak, read and write fluently in English (speaking additional Central European languages will be considered a plus).
  • 2+ years’ experience on a  Technical Support role.


  • Knowledge of Scada and/or PLC control will be considered a plus.
  • Experience with cloud connected embedded systems, or programming / scripting languages (i.e. JSON, C++, Python, XML) would be an advantage but not a mandatory requirement.
