Service & Commissioning Technician

What Will You Do?

As a Service Technician, you will be part of a team dedicated to providing outstanding service to our customers in the Netherlands and Belgium. You will offer technical service support for high-voltage installations and regularly communicate with colleagues such as service engineers, installation managers, planners, project leaders, grid operators, horticultural associations, infrastructure companies, and service coordinators.

Your Daily Tasks:

• Impact: Without maintenance, installations don't function properly. Therefore, you will perform service and maintenance work, including testing, inspecting, and commissioning (new) electrical installations and components.
• Craftsmanship: You stay alert and identify faults and deficiencies of various kinds. You skillfully resolve these issues by replacing or repairing components as necessary. You perform and report tasks and measurements according to NEN 3140/3840 standards for low and medium voltage installations.
• Collaboration: You monitor and ensure the quality of our products, coordinating tasks and responsibilities on-site. Although you work independently most of the time, you always have a team to rely on.

What Do We Ask of You?

You easily make contact with customers and always present yourself professionally. You enjoy working independently, quickly take on responsibility, and strive for the best result. When you encounter malfunctions or problems, you stay calm and resolve them professionally. Furthermore, you:

• Have an MBO level 4 diploma in Electrical Engineering;
• Have proven experience in a similar, customer-oriented role;
• Have knowledge or hold a Stipel certificate as Installation Responsible/Work Responsible according to NEN 3140/3840;
• Are proficient in Dutch and English;
• Are independent, flexible, communicative, and accurate;
• Have a driving license B;
• In possession of a VCA-VOL diploma.
