Alfen announces Management & Supervisory Board (re)appointments

At the Annual General Meeting today, Alfen’s shareholders reappointed Marco Roeleveld as CEO, and Jeroen van Rossen as CFO for a second term and appointed Alfen’s CCO Michelle Lesh as statutory director. Henk ten Hove was reappointed for his second term as a member of the Supervisory Board and will continue as chairman. These appointments cover a period of 4 years as of the date of the AGM of 7 April 2022.


CEO Marco Roeleveld has been instrumental in the strategic development of the company, architecting Alfen’s innovation agenda and building its operational footprint. As CFO, Jeroen van Rossen has built a solid financial and IT infrastructure and strengthened investor relations. He was pivotal in establishing the company’s strategic sourcing approach and human resources agenda. Michelle Lesh joined Alfen in mid-2021 as Chief Commercial Officer. With her technical experience and global background, she made a quick start and plays an important role in the company’s international growth. The Supervisory Board is pleased with these appointments and is confident this team will deliver on Alfen’s  ambitious growth plans.


Henk ten Hove joined Alfen’s Supervisory Board at the time of the listing in 2018. He has broad experience in both international business and as a Supervisory board member of public companies. He was instrumental in developing Alfen’s fast growth as a public company, realizing a smooth functioning Supervisory Board and establishing a good interaction with the Management Board.


All appointments are supported and positively advised by the Works Council.
