International Site/Works Manager BESS

What will you do?

As an International Site/Works Manager BESS at Alfen, you will play an essential role in supporting and optimizing our activities in the field of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). Your responsibilities cover a wide range of tasks, including on-site technical support, coordinating the execution of installations, and maintaining customer relationships. You will work closely with various teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient project execution. Your work directly contributes to our innovative energy storage projects, such as the installation of ESS systems for our international clients.

You will help coordinate and facilitate ESS projects, ensuring that all technical and operational aspects run smoothly on-site.

Your tasks and responsibilities include:

• Coordinating activities on international project sites, being responsible for progress and installation quality.

• Managing subcontractors and ensuring effective collaboration with project teams.

• Overseeing compliance with safety regulations and quality standards during project execution.

What do we ask of you?

To be a good fit, we are looking for an experienced professional with a hands-on, results-driven, and structured approach. Someone who can communicate effectively at all levels and create support for your projects and solutions. In addition, you have:

• A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Project Management.

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role within energy storage or technical installations.

• Availability of at least 40 hours per week.

• Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
