What will you be doing?
As a Subject Matter Expert CRM, you are the go‑to expert within our organization for everything related to CRM processes, configurations, and system developments. You act as the central point of contact for Microsoft Dynamics and the related applications within our digital ecosystem.
You ensure that the CRM platform meets the needs of the business, support users, and lead continuous improvement. You understand both the functional and technical aspects of CRM and know exactly how to create value across commercial, service, and operational workflows.
Together with process owners, key users, IT teams, and external vendors, you ensure stability, quality, and ongoing optimization.
Your responsibilities:
- Act as the subject‑matter expert and advisor on all CRM‑related topics.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into concrete CRM configurations or enhancements.
- Optimize processes, data quality, and user experience.
- Initiate and coordinate changes, releases, and integrations.
- Create user stories, specifications, data models, and process flows.
- Identify opportunities for automation and digital improvements.
- Support key users and provide end‑user training.
- Align with IT, vendors, and cross‑functional teams on changes and longer‑term roadmaps.
What do we expect from you?
We are looking for a strategic and communicatively strong IT professional who is energized by improving systems and processes. You know how to build support, guide change, and bring people along.
You also have:
- A bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
- At least 7 years of experience in functional configuration or development of CRM/IT solutions.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (required).
- Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform (preferred).
- Experience with HubSpot (preferred).
- Experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence (preferred).
- Knowledge of Planisware or similar project portfolio management tools (preferred).
- Knowledge of ITSM, Agile, and project management methodologies.
- Experience with bots or automated assistants is a plus.
- Excellent command of the Dutch language (required).
