About Alfen
Alfen is a major player in the energy sector, specializing in electric charging solutions, energy storage systems, and smart grids. As our business grows in France, our Bordeaux-based team is looking for an Administrative Sales Support to contribute to commercial development and assist our Sales teams.
Your Mission
As an Administrative Sales Support, you will be a key contributor to ensuring smooth administrative and operational processes within the sales team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Administrative management of sales (processing orders, preparing quotations, tracking deliveries).
- Daily support for the sales teams based in France.
- Internal coordination with logistics, finance, and technical support teams.
- Acting as an interface with clients for administrative exchanges in both French and English.
Profile Sought
- 1 to 3 years of experience in an administrative or Sales Support role (ideally in a technical or B2B environment).
- English required (professional level, regular communication with international teams).
- Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Outlook, CRM, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, service-oriented mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and evolving environment.
