Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery

Alfen has a zero-tolerance approach to corruption and bribery. Alfen’s policies, embedded in the Code of Conduct and Supplier Code of Conduct, prohibit offering, giving, or authorising bribes or engaging in other unethical business practices.

Potential violations can be reported through the Whistleblower process and are investigated by the Compliance Committee. Corruption and bribery risks are also actively managed through procedures such as Know Your Customer (KYC) checks and regular fraud risk assessments, helping ensure that Alfen conducts business fairly, transparently, and with integrity.
