Incentive structure
Sustainability performance forms part of Alfen’s executive incentive structure. Members of the Management Board participate in both short-term and long-term incentive schemes that include sustainability-related performance metrics. These incentives are determined by the HR Committee of the Supervisory Board, based on proposals prepared with input from the Sustainability department.
Sustainability metrics currently represent 11.67% of the total weighting in both the short-term and long-term incentive plans for Management Board members. These metrics are designed to align leadership performance with Alfen’s sustainability ambitions and ensure that responsible business practices and long-term value creation remain integral to executive decision-making.
