Whistleblower Protection

Alfen encourages employees and third parties to report suspected irregularities, misconduct, or breaches of policies safely and confidentially. Our Whistleblower Policy guarantees protection for good-faith reports and provides an anonymous reporting option for both employees and external parties.

Reports can be submitted through designated confidential channels and are reviewed by the Compliance Committee. The Management Board and Supervisory Board are kept informed of reports and their status, ensuring appropriate oversight and follow-up where necessary.
