Safety first
Alfen prioritises the health and safety of its workforce above all else. Alfen maintains an incident management policy embedded within the Alfen Integrated Management System (AIM), which is certified according to recognised occupational health and safety standards, including ISO 45001:2018. This system applies to all employees, non-employees, and visitors across our sites, providing a structured framework to identify, assess, and mitigate occupational risks.
To reinforce Alfen’s safety-first culture, Alfen has set a Lost Time Injury Frequency Rate (LTIFR) target of zero, reflecting its commitment that workplace incidents should be prevented at all costs. Employees are actively supported in following safe practices through communications, training, and visual reminders across its facilities.
