Alfen N.V. confirms that all resolutions that were brought up for vote were adopted by the general meeting of shareholders earlier today. 

Mr. Maarten Roef was appointed to the Supervisory Board of Alfen N.V. for a period of four years. Maarten Roef brings extensive senior leadership experience in the energy transition, supported by broad national and international expertise. An experienced professional with a strong background in technology and innovation, Roef’s profile aligns with the strategic priorities of Alfen. Roef will succeed Mr. Henk ten Hove as Chair of the Supervisory Board and member of the HR Committee. Henk ten Hove served as a Supervisory Board member and Chair since March 2018.
