30 June 2026, Almere, the Netherlands – Following the announcement on 29 June 2026 that Mr. Krap will step down as CFO, Alfen N.V. today announces the appointment of Mr. Bart Meussen as interim CFO, effective 1 July 2026.

The appointment ensures continuity of the finance function and financial leadership while the Supervisory Board conducts the search for a permanent CFO. Meussen will serve as interim CFO until a permanent successor has been appointed.

Bart Meussen is an experienced finance executive with a broad background in finance leadership, business transformation and organisational change. He has held senior finance leadership positions at a number of international and listed companies. Meussen will join Alfen to help drive the execution of the company’s transformation and renewed strategy while ensuring continuity of the finance function.
