What will you do?

As our Sales Manager EV Solutions for the West region of Germany (currently Sales area are the federal states NI, HB, NW, HE, RP, SL) you will be on the front line of the energy transition. You will identify and unlock new business opportunities, strengthen relationships with key partners, and deliver tailored charging solutions that support our customers’ ambitions for a greener future.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Building strong, lasting relationships with clients and strategic partners in the region.
  • Developing and executing a winning sales strategy for this region.
  • Spotting trends and identifying opportunities in the fast-moving e-mobility sector.
  • Collaborating with product, project, and service teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Leading commercial negotiations and handling proposals and contracts.
  • Representing Alfen in regional networks and events to grow our footprint.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven team player who combines strategic insight with hands-on execution. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about e-mobility and the energy transition.

You bring:

  • A university degree in (technical) business administration or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of sales/account management experience, preferably in EV charging, e-mobility or energy.
  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of international sales contracts and commercial law.
  • A self-starting, entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel 25–50% across West Germany.

You will work from your home office in Germany, with regular visits to customers and occasional travel to our German branch in Ratingen or our headquarters in the Netherlands.
