
Sales Business Controller

What will you do?
As Sales Business Controller, you focus on optimising the financial processes and reporting of the sales department. You translate business needs into relevant management information, identify opportunities and risks and proactively provide valuable advice to management. You work closely with various teams and contribute to strategic growth.
Your duties and responsibilities include:

Act as a bridge-builder between Commercial and Finance with an independent and critical view.

Carrying out detailed reviews of Sales funnels and resulting budgets and forecasts.

Independently creating reports using Power BI and data warehousing.

Advising on improvements within Sales.
-
Active hands-on support - within both Commerce and Sales - where necessary.
What do we ask of you?
For a good match, we are looking for a Finance professional with a hands-on, results-oriented and structured approach. Someone who can communicate effectively at every level and create support for your projects and solutions. In addition:

At least 5-7 years' working experience as a business controller in a similar role.

Affinity with sales processes and revenue structures.

Affinity with marketing processes & cost control.
-
Evering with budget & forecasting
-
Experience with tools such as Power BI and data warehousing.
-
WO thinking level.
-
Good in Dutch and English.
-
Patience and perseverance to implement new processes.
-
Independent, entrepreneurial and communicatively strong.
