Meet Sanne
"I'm Sanne, and I have been working at Alfen since 2022. Since June 2024, I am proud to say that I have become a practical trainer. It is wonderful to contribute to Alfen by training people to become skilled professionals and helping them grow individually. My goal as a practical trainer is to inspire people to be enthusiastic about technology. We are going to expand and improve the practical school. I am happy to be part of the practical school."
Meet Frank
"I am Frank Timperley. Since August 15, 2023, I have been working at Alfen as a practical trainer. After 21 years as an electrical engineering instructor at a vocational school, I decided to spread my wings and make the move to Alfen. Here, I saw exciting new challenges with the goal of further expanding and improving the company school. "My drive to help people develop individually and grow is strong. I find it rewarding to see people advance in their field. I am happy and proud to be part of the quality improvement of the company school and Alfen in general."
Meet Peter
"I am Peter Dekens. Before I began as a practical trainer at Alfen, I worked in management roles and as a practical instructor at companies like IW and Shell. There, I was also involved in transferring knowledge and evaluating and managing people. In 2019, I decided to join Alfen to use my passion to inspire students."
