What will you do?
As a Service Technician, you are part of a specialised team dedicated to delivering outstanding service to our customers in the Netherlands and Belgium. You work on high‑voltage and medium‑voltage installations and have frequent contact with service technicians, installation supervisors, planners, project managers, grid operators, growers’ associations, infrastructure partners and service coordinators.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Impact: Without proper maintenance, there are no reliable installations. You carry out service and maintenance activities, test and inspect systems, and commission both new and existing electrical installations and components.
- Craftsmanship: You remain alert and quickly identify malfunctions or irregularities of any kind. You solve these professionally and replace or repair components when necessary. You perform work and measurements and report them in accordance with NEN 3140/3840 for our low‑ and medium‑voltage installations.
- Collaboration: You monitor the quality of our products, coordinate activities on-site and work closely with both internal and external partners. Even though you work independently most of the time, you can always rely on a close‑knit team for support.
What do we ask of you?
You connect easily with customers, present yourself professionally and take responsibility whenever needed. When issues arise, you remain calm and quickly find a suitable technical solution. Our ideal candidate:
- Holds an MBO level 4 diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Has demonstrable experience in a customer‑focused technical role.
- Has knowledge of — or holds — a STIPEL certificate IV/WV NEN 3140/3840.
- Has good command of Dutch and English.
- Works independently, is flexible, communicative and accurate.
- Holds a Category B driving licence and VCA VOL certification.
- Always maintains a professional and customer‑oriented appearance.
