What will you do?
As a Sales Manager – EV Charging Solutions, you will be instrumental in driving Alfen’s growth within the French market. Your focus will be on acquiring new clients, building strategic partnerships, and promoting our EV charging portfolio to a diverse range of stakeholders. This is a high-impact role where your entrepreneurial mindset will help shape the future of e-mobility in France.
Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

Leading business development efforts for EV charging solutions in France.

Identifying and closing new business opportunities with key stakeholders, including real estate developers, fleet operators, municipalities, and energy providers.

Managing the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams across Europe to develop tailored, value-driven solutions.

Representing Alfen at industry events to strengthen our market presence and reputation.
What are we looking for?
We are seeking a commercially driven, results-oriented professional with a strong B2B sales background and a deep understanding of the French energy or infrastructure landscape. Someone with a “hunter” mindset, eager to make a tangible impact on the future of mobility and energy.
To be successful in this role, you should bring:

A proven track record in B2B sales — preferably in EV charging, energy, or infrastructure.

Strong knowledge of the French market, including relevant regulations and industry players.

Excellent communication skills in French (native/fluent) and professional proficiency in English.

An autonomous, entrepreneurial approach with a passion for innovation and sustainability.

Residence in (or willingness to relocate to) Paris or Bordeaux, with flexibility for travel.
