Project Management & Lifecycle Ownership
- End‑to‑end execution of projects within the ESS platform, including planning, resource allocation and risk management.
- Ensuring effective application of Technology Development, NPD, ECM and COPQ processes.
- Monitoring project budgets and reporting on progress, risks and deviations.
- Facilitating multidisciplinary collaboration between software, power electronics, mechanical engineering, battery experts and system integration.
- Conducting risk analyses and developing mitigation plans to manage technical and operational risks.
Reporting & Stakeholder Management
- Providing clear reporting to the Chapter Lead Value Stream, Product Management and other stakeholders.
- Creating transparency in the development process and signalling bottlenecks in a timely manner.
- Setting up, monitoring and improving KPIs related to product quality, development progress, costs and team performance.
- Ensuring consistent and structured communication towards internal and external stakeholders.
What do we ask of you?
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology or similar; supplemented with Technical Business Administration is a plus.
- Proven experience leading technical projects in an R&D environment, preferably involving complex electrical or power systems.
- Knowledge of full lifecycle product management in technical and software‑intensive systems.
- Experience with backlog management, prioritisation and stakeholder management.
- Experience in multidisciplinary collaboration within areas such as energy storage, battery systems, power conversion or industrial automation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to provide direction and structure.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
