What will you do?
As a Test Engineer within our R&D & Engineering department, you play a key role in developing, coordinating, and executing tests on our electrical products – particularly our smart charging stations. Your mission? To ensure each product meets the highest quality standards and complies with all technical and legal requirements.
You will work closely with colleagues in the hardware test team and be one of the driving forces behind setting up test environments and procedures. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute ideas for process improvement and innovation.
Your responsibilities include:

Preparing test plans and writing test procedures and reports

Conducting comprehensive testing on components, functionalities, performance, and safety

Analyzing and interpreting test data to provide valuable feedback to R&D teams

Ensuring electrical safety and contributing to the continuous improvement of our in-house testing facilities

Gathering and assessing product specifications, standards, schematics, and technical drawings

Collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams to optimize product performance
What do we ask of you?
We're looking for a technical expert with a passion for testing and electrical engineering. You're analytically strong, work in a structured way, and know how to prioritize effectively. You thrive in team settings and take ownership when needed. You bring:

A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field

At least 5 years of experience in hardware testing within an R&D or production environment

Knowledge of applicable standards and regulations for electrical products
-
Experience in creating test plans and reporting findings

A valid VP-LS certificate (Skilled Person Low Voltage) in accordance with NEN 3140 is a plus
