What will you do?

As a Business Implementation Manager, you are responsible for independently implementing new services across multiple countries. You will manage one of the key KPIs and/or processes within our Service Operations department and ensure everything runs smoothly.

You act as a crucial link between internal teams, service partners, and customers. You handle onboarding, contract management, and process optimization. Additionally, you analyze performance and initiate improvements based on data and input from various teams.

Your tasks include:

  • Onboarding new service partners after signing a service agreement
  • Drafting and maintaining service contracts
  • Offboarding terminated partner agreements
  • Managing and documenting one of the core processes within Service Operations
  • Creating performance reports for your KPI and analyzing results
  • Designing and implementing improvements to service performance targets
  • Managing international and interdepartmental escalations
  • Supporting and coaching local teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement

What do we ask of you?

You are customer-focused, analytical, and know how to organize processes efficiently. You have strong persuasive skills, are flexible, and think critically. Additionally, you have:

  • A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • Experience in process management and implementation projects (leading people is a plus)
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
  • Fluent English (other languages are a plus)
  • Basic knowledge of agile working
