Alfen to supply another 440 EV charge points in Belgium
After Alfen announced to be part of the largest public charging infrastructure project in Belgium in 2017, Alfen is yet to deliver an additional 440 EV charge points in 2019. The EV charge points will be supplied to Fluvius through Alfen’s partner Allego, who entered a 10 year exploitation contract with Fluvius when the project was launched.
Former Eandis and Infrax, Fluvius is a Belgium company with the mission to build a reliable energy distribution network for anyone in Flanders. Allego in its turn provides reliable charging solutions that can be used by all electric cars and every EV driver.
Steven Colla, Sales Manager Public Sector at Allego comments: “We are extremely pleased with Alfen’s chargers in our journey to support the creation of one of Belgium’s top tier energy distribution networks.”
Yves Vercammen, Sales Manager Alfen Charging Equipment at Alfen adds: “We are delighted to continue the delivery of our smart EV chargers to Allego and Fluvius. As the installed base of our smart EV chargers grows across Belgium, the system is getting smarter and smarter, accelerating energy transition.”
