What will you do?

As a Controleur at Alfen, you are responsible for testing and monitoring product quality at various stages of the production process. You will work on the production and optimization of energy storage systems and play a crucial role in quality assurance.

Your tasks and responsibilities include:

• Conducting quality checks and measurements on products and production processes.

• Approving finished products for shipment.

• Analyzing identified deviations together with the Production Foreman and Team Leader.

• Contributing to structural improvements in technology and work methods.

• Reporting quality checks and identified deviations to the responsible departments.

What do we expect from you?

For a strong match, we are looking for a quality-driven professional with a structured approach and analytical skills. Additionally, you should have:

• An MBO level 4 degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering or Energy Technology.

• At least 3 years of work experience in the electrical (installation) sector.

• Affinity with electrical installations and components for low and medium voltage.

• Experience in independently inspecting, testing, and delivering LV/HV installations.

• Knowledge of and experience with MS Office and ERP systems.

• Proficiency in Dutch, both spoken and written.
