What will you do?
As an HR Support Officer, you are the first point of contact for colleagues with HR-related questions. You ensure smooth HR processes and support their improvement and optimisation.
Your work will be varied: you will keep policies up to date, contribute ideas for process improvements, and work on various projects. One of your key responsibilities will be supporting international employees — often being their first point of contact for questions regarding contracts, maternity regulations, pensions, terminations, and local labour laws. You will also draft and manage international employment contracts.
Your tasks and responsibilities include:

Drafting (international) employment contracts

Maintaining personnel administration in the HR Self-Service system (Youserve)

Coordinating with payroll and providing updates and changes
-
Supporting HR projects related to employee onboarding, development, and offboarding
-
Researching foreign HR regulations and assisting international colleagues

Preparing HR reports
What do we ask from you?
You work accurately, communicate clearly, and can liaise easily with colleagues at various levels. You will support multiple product lines and maintain an overview in a dynamic work environment. Additionally, you:

Hold a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resource Management

Preferably have knowledge of current HR topics such as absenteeism, employment law, and HR analytics

Are an expert in Excel
-
Are solution-oriented and work in a structured manner
-
Have experience with HR administration and systems such as Youserve (a plus)
-
Have an excellent command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written
-
Are available for at least 32 hours per week
