(International) Project Manager Execution BESS

What will you do?

As the (International) Project Manager Execution BESS at Alfen, you will play a vital role in supporting and optimizing our activities in the field of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). Your responsibilities cover a wide range of tasks, including on-site technical support, coordinating the execution of installations, and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure smooth operational processes and efficient project delivery. Your contribution directly supports our innovative energy storage projects, such as the installation of ESS systems for our international clients.

You will coordinate and facilitate ESS projects, ensuring that all technical and operational aspects on site run smoothly.

Your main tasks and responsibilities include:

• Coordinating activities at international project sites, ensuring progress and quality of installations.

• Managing subcontractors and ensuring effective collaboration with project teams.

• Monitoring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards during project execution.

What do we ask of you?

To be a good fit for this role, we are looking for an experienced professional with a hands-on, results-oriented, and structured approach. Someone who can communicate effectively at all levels and create support for your projects and solutions. Additionally, you bring:

• A completed bachelor’s degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Project Management.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role within energy storage or technical installations.

• Availability of 40 hours per week.

• Excellent command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
