What will you do?
As an HR Business Partner at Alfen, you are the sparring partner for the business when it comes to HR matters. You work closely with managers and support them on a wide range of HR topics, such as organizational development, performance management, compensation & benefits, change management, and succession planning.
You combine operational responsibilities with tactical and strategic work. You identify organizational developments, translate them into suitable HR solutions, and actively contribute to the further development of our HR policies and processes. Together with your fellow HR Business Partners, you also work on various HR projects, such as enhancing the HR cycle and launching initiatives around sustainable employability.
Your tasks and responsibilities include:

Advising and coaching managers on HR-related issues;

Guiding performance and development conversations;

Implementing and optimizing HR policies and processes;

Contributing to organizational topics such as structure, culture, and leadership;

Supporting absence management and change processes;

Providing training sessions for managers;
-
Initiating and leading HR projects focused on growth and improvement.
What do we ask of you?
You have a strong HR background, are proactive, and can easily operate at different levels within the organization. You are not afraid to ask critical questions, initiate discussions, and think in solutions. Furthermore, you bring:

A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in HRM or Human Resource Sciences;

At least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a technical or production environment;

Experience in improving HR processes and systems;
-
Experience with collective labor agreements (CBA) is a plus;
-
Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.

The working hours are negotiable between 32 and 40 per week.
