What will you do?
As a Sales Manager at Alfen EVC, you are the key commercial point of contact for your markets. You develop strategies, lead your sales colleagues, and ensure our charging solutions reach customers across Europe. You combine relationship management with market development and use your experience to strengthen existing markets in the Netherlands. Since many accounts are international, part of the business will take place outside the Netherlands.
Your responsibilities include:

Developing and implementing commercial policies for assigned countries and market segments.

Identifying market and product developments and translating them into concrete objectives and plans.

Maintaining and expanding strategic customer relationships and negotiating contracts.

Advising commercial management on (international) opportunities and market entry.

Contributing to Alfen EVC’s quality image and professionalization.

Complying with quality and safety standards and actively contributing to a safe working environment.
What do we ask of you?
You are strategic, entrepreneurial, and results-driven. Thanks to your (international) sales experience and leadership, you know how to capitalize on opportunities and grow teams. You combine commercial drive with analytical insight and excellent communication skills. In addition, you have:

A completed HBO or WO degree, preferably in Technical Business Administration.

5–10 years of relevant experience as a Sales Manager and/or leading (junior) sales professionals.

Excellent command of Dutch and English; German and/or French is a strong plus.

Knowledge and experience in the EV charging landscape is a plus.

Willingness to travel 25–50% of the time.

A valid driving license B.

Alfen is a leading player in the energy transition and is growing rapidly — both nationally and internationally. Within EVC, you will work closely with sales, planning, engineering, production, and after-sales teams, and you will be the driving force behind our commercial growth.
