
Sales Support Belgium (EVC)
Become the commercial point of contact for Alfen EVC Belgium and accelerate the energy transition! Drive the growth of smart charging solutions, connect customers with innovative technologies, and ensure smooth processes within a leading sustainable company.
What will you be doing?
In this role, you act as the central link within Alfen EVC Belgium. You support the growth of our EV charging solutions in the Belgian market and across Europe by coordinating processes, handling customer requests, and streamlining order workflows. You’re involved from the very first inquiry all the way to the successful delivery of our charging stations.
With your combination of technical insight and customer focus, you ensure a smooth experience for our (international) clients and contribute directly to the success of Alfen EVC Belgium.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and processing customer contracts, orders, and requests for EV charging solutions.
- Guiding Belgian customers through the ordering and delivery process.
- Ensuring accurate internal order handovers and alignment with production and logistics.
- Maintaining price lists and providing technical product information.
- Initiating and improving internal processes within EVC.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned Belgian and European markets.
- Contributing to innovation and standardisation of charging systems.
What do we ask of you?
You are structured, proactive, and able to combine customer focus with technical and commercial insight. In addition, you bring:
- A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in, for example, communication, business administration/project management, or marketing.
- 0–3 years of experience in a technical or production-related environment.
- Strong command of Dutch and French (knowledge of English is a strong advantage).
- Experience with MS Office, ERP and CRM systems.

Where will you be working?
You will join Alfen EVC Belgium, the business line dedicated to smart EV charging solutions for the Belgian market. We develop and deliver advanced charging stations used in a wide range of applications—from residential charging and business locations to large charging hubs.
Alfen plays a key role in the European energy transition and is growing rapidly both nationally and internationally. Within EVC, you will work closely with sales, planning, engineering, and production teams.
