
Become our analytical and proactive Supply Chain Planner within Electric Vehicle Charging (EVC). You ensure optimal material availability, maintain a healthy inventory balance, and play a key role in scaling our rapidly growing charging solutions.
What will you do?
As a Supply Chain Planner within EVC, you are responsible for planning, ordering, and monitoring materials for high‑volume product lines. You operate in a dynamic market where demand fluctuates quickly and forecasting is essential. You translate demand patterns into the right inventory levels, manage suppliers, and prevent shortages that could disrupt production.
You will collaborate closely with Production, Operations, Procurement, Sales, and external suppliers. With your insights and speed, you ensure that charging stations, cables, modules, and components are available exactly on time to meet growing demand.
Your key responsibilities:
1. Forecast Management & Demand Planning
- Analyze and improve forecasts for fast‑moving EVC product lines.
- Identify deviations, trends, and risks.
- Translate forecast outcomes into concrete planning requirements.
2. Inventory Management & Replenishment
- Optimize safety stock, min/max levels, and reorder points.
- Manage inventory coverage in a high‑volume environment.
- Address slow‑movers and minimize obsolete stock.
- Execute phase‑in/phase‑out management for product changes.
3. Supplier Coordination & Operational Purchasing
- Place and follow up on purchase orders.
- Escalate delivery issues and prevent out‑of‑stock situations.
- Monitor supplier performance and follow up on NCRs.
4. Performance & Process Improvement
- Drive KPI performance: OTIF, Forecast Accuracy, Inventory Turns, Working Capital.
- Identify improvement opportunities and implement process optimizations.
- Contribute to the further digitalization of the EVC supply chain.
5. NPD Support
- Participate in new product introductions.
- Create and maintain new item numbers and BOM structures.
What do we ask of you?
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or similar.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills and a data‑driven mindset.
- Experience with accelerating and volatile demand volumes (preferred).
- Knowledge of Excel/BI tools (preferred).
- Experience with SLIM4 (preferred).
- Good command of Dutch and English.
