
Technical Support Engineer EVCE

What will you do?
As a Technical Support Engineer, you support customers, installers and colleagues with the installation, use and maintenance of our smart EV charging stations. You ensure that technical questions are solved quickly and accurately, keeping our EVCE products reliable and operational across Europe.
You work closely with technical specialists and Field Service Partners and play a key role in improving support processes. From analyzing technical files and firmware logs to remotely troubleshooting faults — your expertise contributes directly to the quality and future‑readiness of our products.
Thanks to your efforts, our smart charging stations remain a key driver of the energy transition.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Answering and registering technical support questions from customers, installers and internal colleagues.
- Diagnosing and resolving faults remotely (remote troubleshooting).
- Identifying recurring issues and contributing to structural technical solutions.
- Supporting technicians with resolving complex technical issues.
- Creating work orders and providing technical advice based on your analysis.
What do we ask from you?
We are looking for a technically skilled support professional with a structured, hands‑on and results‑driven work style. You communicate clearly, think along with the customer and feel at home in a dynamic, service‑oriented technical environment. You bring:
- A completed mbo level 4 education, preferably in Electrical Engineering, ICT or Mechatronics.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in technical support, IT support, electrical engineering or a similar field.
- Availability of at least 32 hours per week.
- Excellent command of Dutch and English; German is a plus.
- A precise, customer‑oriented mindset and enjoyment in solving technical problems.
